Shipping details

Flat rate (combined) shipping worldwide. One price for as many items as you'd like... Always!

Our processing times are 1-4 business days for most items. 1-5 business days for custom/made to order items.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we may, at our discretion, extend processing times as needed.

United States:4-8 business days
Mexico: 2-6 weeks
Europe: 6-30 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-30 business days
Asia Pacific: 6-30 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, the following can not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Opened items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Conditions of return

Returns will be processed on a case by case basis.
Buyers must contact us before returning any unopened item(s) and are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQ's

1. When will my package arrive?

Typical transit times from date of dispatch are :
USA - 2-4 Business days
Canada - 2-10 Business days
International - Up to 30 business days*

As USPS, Ascendia, Canpar and Canada Post do not guarantee transit times, we also can not guarantee transit times.

If your package is international customs could hold it for however long they wish to do so. This is not something we have any control of.

*An international package is not considered "lost" until 45 days have passed since the date of dispatch.

2. I just placed an order, I need it by (specific date). Can you dispatch it today and use a faster shipping service?

Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to find the best possible solution.

3. My tracking number is not working

If your tracking number is not working, please contact us so we can look into it for you.

*Some remote locations overseas do not include a tracking number.

4. If your package is returned to us
We will take photos of the returned package and the reason it was returned and send you an email right away with photos attached.

If the return was our error we will apologize profusely and re-send it ASAP!

If the return was your error (ie: wrong address is given) you have 2 choices.

1. We will re-send it but you will have to pay the original shipping cost again and a 15% processing fee.

2. We can refund your order (minus the original shipping cost and a 15% processing fee). If we do not hear back from you within 10 days, we will refund your order (minus shipping cost and 15% proccessing fee).

We will not resend or refund your order until it has been returned to us.

We cannot change your address once your order has been dispatched.

5. Is your glitter solvent resistant? Can it be used for crafts?
Solvent Resistant:
As far as we know it is.
However, we have never tested it ourselves so we will not make claims that it is.

We suggest you perform your own MEK test and be sure to test with your own suspension base polish before making a batch.

Crafts:
Resin crafts and candle making we have never tried ourselves so we can't say yes for sure. But we do have customers that have successfully used our glitters for both and love it!

Regular crafting (paper, glass, wood, fabric, glue, mod podge, etc.):

Yes! We use them all the time for crafts and have never had a problem.

Slime:
Yes! We have many customers that use our glitter to make slime.

6. Can you send me a free sample of your slime so I can review it on my blog/youtube channel etc...
No, we cannot.
We do not make/sell slime.

We do, however, sell glitter for slime :) That being said, no we will not send you a free sample of glitter to review on your site either. We have a wonderful team of ambassadors that do this for us. And no - we are not looking for new ambassadors/reviewers/promoters/swatchers etc... at this time.

7. My item was damaged
Please send us pictures of the damage for insurance purposes and we will ship you a replacement if we have it in stock. If we don't have it in stock, we will discuss a refund or alternative.
